Requests
When you send a request via the form, we process the details you provide: name, phone, optionally email, area and a description of your need. The purpose is to match you with the right supplier and follow up — the legal basis is your consent and steps prior to entering an agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Suppliers and references
Suppliers applying for admission provide contact details of previous customers so we can confirm references. The details are only used for that call and deleted as soon as the reference is checked.
Customer ratings
If a supplier from the network has done a job for you, we may send a one-time link to rate the job. The rating is used to check the 4.5 of 5 requirement. Your email is deleted when you've answered or the link expires.
Processors
The form is delivered via the email service Resend and hosted on Vercel. All process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Cookies
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies — only what is technically necessary.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and data portability, and can withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
