Fixed price or hourly rate?+
Smaller jobs are often done at an hourly rate, while larger jobs such as a new bathroom or pipe replacement are normally agreed at a fixed price after a site visit. You always get a price before work starts.
Is there a minimum job size?+
We mainly broker larger jobs and normally don't take single jobs under NOK 100,000. If you're unsure whether your project fits, send the form anyway — we'll let you know.
Who is responsible for the work?+
